Is self-advocating a healing mechanism?

Dr. Colleen is a mental health professional who has worked in the fields of psychology and marriage and family therapy since 2002. She has been licensed as a marriage and family therapist since 2006 and received her Ph.D. in 2009. Dr. Colleen especially likes the coaching aspect of her work because it is related to advanced thinking and goal orientation. As a systemic practitioner and chaostician, she has developed a great ability to see the «bigger picture» of a person’s life and helps her clients decide the details they want in that image.
