Do you take insurance?

We currently are out-of-network providers, therefore, we do not take insurance. However, we can issue an invoice for you to seek reimbursement.


Do you have any free resources?

Yes! We offer free resources and information via our Podcast and YouTube channels, where we share accurate psychological information, as well as some courses and tools for you to work on your emotional intelligence.


Do you speak Spanish?

Yes! We have native Spanish speakers on our team, such as Dr. Carmen Román, who is always happy to help you explore your emotions in your native language.


Do you offer therapy online or only in person?

We offer both modalities!
Our office is in San José, where we are always happy to welcome you. But if you live far away or prefer to take your session from the comfort of your home, we'll be happy to meet with you via Zoom.


Are you accepting new clients?
